Return and Exchange Policy
We honor a 30-day money-back satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a product purchase from Lana Beauty Academy, simply return the unused portion along with your receipt within 30 days of receiving your order and we will be happy to remit your account for the full amount of your product purchase. In order to qualify for a refund or store credit, the item must be at least 60% full and returned in the original packaging, with all parts and accessories. Shipping & Handling charges are not refundable. If you prefer, you may exchange your purchase for any other products in our store.
We do not offer any returns on training. Shipping charges are not refundable. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs for returned and exchanged products. The distributor or customer will be responsible for postage or delivery charges of the returned product.
For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we suggest that returns be mailed via insured parcel method. Please keep in mind that returns shipped ground usually take 5—7 business days to receive before they can be processed. Only products purchased on www.lanabeautyacademy.com and shipped with the tracking number will be accepted for return or exchange. Once we receive the returned item(s), we will verify the item’s condition and issue either a refund or store credit, less a 15% restocking fee, the cost of used items and shipping (This only applies if your order qualified for free shipping). If the item or order you wish to return to us was shipped at no charge to you, the shipping charges that were incurred to ship the item to you will also be deducted from the return refund.
Damaged and Incorrect Items
When your order arrives, please inspect the carton. If your package arrives damaged please take photos of the outside packaging and inside package. Note all damages and contact us immediately within 48 hours at 407-881-7510, or email us at email@example.com, so that we can get a claim started and get your order either repaired or replaced. Do not throw away the box or any of the packing in the case that the shipping company needs to pick up the item. We will email you a pickup label for the original shipment, at our cost. We cannot file a damage claim after 14 days.
In the rare event that the item you receive is not the item you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours at 407-530-6387, or email us as firstname.lastname@example.org. Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service. We will email you a pickup label for the original shipment. Once the item has been given for shipping back to us, please notify us with the tracking number so that we can send you a replacement. Lana Beauty Academy will deliver the new, exchanged product free of delivery charges
To assure a prompt resolution, please keep the box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier. Lana Beauty Academy will reimburse the return shipping cost for damaged and incorrect items.
