Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding federal US holidays. Orders placed before 11:00 am PST will be shipped the day of purchase. All other orders will be shipped the next day. You can choose between 3 types of shipping at the checkout:
1. First class USPS mail (3-5 days)
2. Priority USPS mail (2-3 days)
3. Priority Express USPS (1 day - overnight)
All orders over $150 will be shipped for free with Priority USPS mail and a signature will be required upon delivery.
All items are shipped via USPS within 24h hours upon receiving payment (excluding weekends and US holidays). Track your parcel here
Shipping anywhere in the world for around $25. Please contact us if you don't see your country in the shipping option.
NB! All orders are dispatched upon receiving payment. If you have ordered from us before you can e-mail a copy of the payment (such as a screen shot or bank document) to firstname.lastname@example.org and we can dispatch with that.
Returns & Order Cancellation
If a product is faulty, please contact us within 3 working days of order receipt to arrange a replacement or a refund along with return of the faulty item. In such cases we will refund the postage cost of returning the item and any replacement will be sent with no further P&P charge. If you are not available to receive your order and it is returned to us, your payment will be refunded minus any shipping charges already paid and any costs incurred in returning the package to us.
Cancellation of Orders Delivery Information
Except at the busiest time of the year, e.g. Christmas, orders are normally dispatched to you on the next working day. If you wish to cancel BEFORE we have sent goods, you must do so by email to email@example.com. If your order has not been sent, it will be cancelled and there will be no charge whatsoever.
If you change your mind and cancel AFTER your order has been sent or after receiving the goods the following procedures apply:
When you receive your order, as per the USPS, you have a "cooling off period" of 7 days to return the ordered products if you have changed your mind and wish to cancel. The goods must be returned unused, unopened and in the same condition as they were originally dispatched from our office. We will not accept for exchange or refund any item which has been used or is not in the exact condition in which it was dispatched by us.
You must contact us by email to confirm which items are being returned. WE will send you a return shipping label. There will be no refund of shipping cost. Any free gifts associated with an item must be returned at the same time. Refunds will be made to the original charged account within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods. If an attempt to deliver goods continues to fail through no fault of our or the couriers (you are not in or have entered the wrong address etc.) and is subsequently returned to us we will not refund for shipping. If the goods are to be sent out again a shipping charge will apply.
